Tensor AITerms of use.
These terms cover use of the website at tensorsoftai.io and any content, code, or documentation TensorSoft AI UK Ltd makes available through it. Product-specific terms are set out below.
1 · About us
TensorSoft AI UK Ltd (company no. 17344319) is a company registered in England & Wales, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@tensorsoftai.io. We refer to TensorSoft AI UK Ltd in these terms as “we” or “Tensor AI”.
2 · Website use
You may browse, download and share the content on this website for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or repurpose it commercially without our written consent. Trade marks, logos, and product names shown on this site are owned by Tensor AI or by the third parties they belong to.
3 · Marketplace products
Products sold through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace (currently TenantGuard, with LicenseGuard and ContractForge planned) are supplied under the Microsoft Standard Contract for the commercial marketplace. That agreement is provided at purchase and governs your rights and our obligations for those products. In case of conflict, the Standard Contract prevails over anything on this page.
4 · PWA products
Products sold directly from tensorsoftai.io (SwiftBill, PasswordFortress, NetWorth Tracker, PropertyBooks) are licensed under a one-time-fee end-user licence:
- Personal or single-business licence to use the software indefinitely on any number of devices you personally use.
- Product updates for the life of the product.
- No reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the software.
- Refunds available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- The software is provided “as is” without warranty. Our liability for a PWA is capped at what you paid for it.
5 · Acceptable use
You must not use any Tensor AI product to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, distribute malware, or send unsolicited email. You must not attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits, or interfere with the availability of the service for other customers.
6 · Availability
We aim to keep Marketplace services available 24×7 and publish live health endpoints on the support page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where possible.
7 · Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to this website (as opposed to a specific product) is limited to £100. Product-specific limits are set in the Standard Contract (Marketplace) or the licence terms above (PWAs).
8 · Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
